Ivy Henriksen and Associates are a team of women that collectively bring you "Come Sit with Us" services. We pride ourselves on providing authentic services that work for real life situations!

Led by their fearless leader and owner, Ivy Henriksen B.A. has worked in a variety of private and public, government settings. 

Ivy considers herself a 'truth warrior'.  She is passionate and authentic and leads with her heart. She is a trained counselling professional but also has lived experience in trauma, sexual assault and domestic violence, pregnancy loss and bereavement. 

She holds a specialized degree in Disability Studies and Community Practice from Ryerson University and completed her Human Service Worker Diploma from Sheridan College. Ivy has also completed several professional development courses during her career, including a specialized bereavement certificate from Sick Kids hospital to work with families and children/siblings that have experienced loss. 

Death and dying discussions have always been her passion from a very young age and she has experienced significant personal loss in her own life. 

Her passion is helping people to "shift their shit" and unpack their loss & grief and help them heal to find joy again to live their best life. She believes in empowering others to understand their emotions and how they impact our day to day lives.

We know it takes a village to survive the ups and downs of life and we love our community!

This is why we are excited to offer collaborative and complimentary services in addition to services offered by Ivy Henriksen with our other associates that also offer person centered planning and disABILITY coaching, private yoga and reiki, body talk workshops, addiction/trauma support and much more.
