Currently offering Self Care Sundays - a place to gather (virtually and in person) to practice self care, discuss life and support one another in an emotionally safe environment

Get up and Groove - Movement for Anxiety/Depression *offered via Zoom weekly

Guided Meditation class - in person or virtual class available

Virtual Yoga - pay what you can "Karma" class - email or call for details

Holiday "Grief Shares" - an opportunity to come together to share during holidays
